In-Person Training Program: 

This program is specifically designed to meet your personal health and fitness goals but it allows you to meet with Scarlett weekly for one on one sessions. Whether you want to lose body fat, tone up, gain muscle, or all of the above, Scarlett will guide you through the process of achieving your specific goal. This program starts with a minimum of 8 weeks and can be personalized up to 24 weeks. Price of this program will vary depending on number of sessions. Couple or Group Fitness Program:

Team up with your significant other or friends for a better rate! This program is also designed for those wanting to train in-person but who don’t want to take on the challenge alone!   Contact Scarlett for special rates on this program as it will vary depending on how many people sign up!
